        NHBC Ministries

        New Hope is on Mission for the Lord

        New Hope Baptist Church ministers to the community by providing food and clothing, and has a children's program on Tuesdays. Our music ministry brings joyful praise to our Lord and Savior. Learn more about our ministries.

        Children’s Ministry - Hope 4 Kids


        New Hope Baptist Church children's program is called Hope for Kids ( H4K ) which goes out into community apartment complexes to bring children ages 4 to 10 to our Family Life Center each Tuesday evening during the school year. New Hope volunteers provide a meal , and lead children into a growing relationship with Jesus Christ.

        NEW HOPE CLOTHES CLOSET – HOPE 4 FAMILIES

        New Hope Clothes Closet is lovingly called Hope 4 Families (H4F) which has been operational since 2015. The clothes closet provides free clothing, shoes, and accessories all donated by local businesses, and personal contributions. H4F is open on the first and third Saturday of each month from 10 am to 1 pm (see our calendar). The clothes closet is supported by area churches, and volunteers personally assist clients meet their clothing needs.

        NEW HOPE BAPTIST CHURCH FOOD PANTRY


        The New Hope Baptist Church Food Pantry began in 2017, and typically serves between 35 to 55 families on the first and third Saturday of each month from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Clients are income-screened. New Hope Baptist Food Pantry is a feeding partner of the Second Harvest Food Bank of Metrolina.

        Music Ministries

        The Lord is really working through our Music ministry, and the presence of the Lord is felt at New Hope. The Choir lifts their voices to praise and magnify His Holy name in song. We invite children and adults to fill the sanctuary with beautiful music as we worship Him. Practice is either Wednesday or Sunday nights. We encourage new members to join in the music ministry. Special quest singers lead the congregation in joyful worship of our Lord. Please see the calendar for upcoming events.

        AGAPE DENTAL MINISTRY

        In 2013, New Hope Baptist Church and Cornerstone Baptist Church worked together to create a facility and build a ministry that provide free dental care to the underprivileged residents of the Charlotte area. These free services provided to the community are made possible by the help of numerous volunteers, the generous support received, and the grace of God.

        The mission of Agape Dental Ministry is to meet the dental, physical, and spiritual needs of anyone who cannot provide their own care. No one will be excluded because of ethnic origin, religious affiliation, or status in society. The belief of the ministry is that everyone is entitled to have their basic needs met.         A wonderful time of fun and laughter awaits men and women 55 and over throughout the year. Please see calendar for posted events.
